Instructions for Ordering-

1. Download the order form by clicking on the link below.
 
2. Fill the form out either on your computer or by hand.

3. Send the completed form as an attachment to an email fbc@macnet.com
or print the form out and drop it off in the box labeled "Coffee Orders" in the FBC office.

4. Orders along with payment are due by the first Sunday of each month.

5. Please pick up your coffee order on the second Sunday of the month in the FBC office.
